i spent hours looking for this information and you answered my question in a matter of minutes. i bought glycol 6 and wanted to know did i need to neutraulize it. it a 6% in a cream base. the answer is no. the directions say put it on but does not say to take off. around the web its used in india but they want white skin so they dont rinse it off so i could not go by what they said.
