Most senior citizen assisted living facilities offer three types of facilities.  The type of facility that a senior citizen will live in depends on the amount of assistance they need in the event of an emergency.

When looking at are considering different assisted living facilities, make sure you find out the qualifications of the particular facility.

A type a facility will usually only except residents who are able to evacuate the purposes on assisted and are able to follow directions in emergency conditions.  They also do not typically require routine attendance or maintenance during nighttime sleeping hours.

A type B assisted living facility will except residents that do not qualify for the type a facility but usually only if the resident is not a permanently bed fast clietn.

And then Type C assisted living facility is a four bed facility and meets the minimum standards and rules or it won't let in the adult foster care program.

When choosing or considering a senior care facility, some things to think about when making your choice and decision include the location, atmosphere, physical features, how well it meets needs, costs, and services provided.

But considering the cost for senior care, make sure you look at package costs and what's included in the package.

yes absolutely true, lots of people are living in home by their own and some people does not have enough money to get carers for themselves, goverment should find some ways to help these people.

You have shared great information here. Apart from it, I also agree with both of the comments above. Assisted living is expensive and government should provide some kind of help or provide packages to those people who need home care services.

One point you raise is "Check the qualifications of the staff and make sure they meet your requirements." Great advice. Accountability is extremely important in Assisted living, home care or anywhere else where vulnerable people are involved.
